Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after completing your order. This is to ensure the hygiene standards of our products. Hence, kindly review your cart carefully before checking out.

If you feel the products you received from Good Harvest Trading Pte Ltd do not meet your expectations, please notify us within 7 working days, so we may advise you of the necessary steps before returning the products. You may return, within 14 working days from the date of your purchase invoice, any item that is defective or damaged, or if we sent an incorrect product, in its original unused condition for a full refund. 

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available and send the products back to your original postal address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you require a refund, this will be processed within 30 days of receiving your goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used or the original method of payment.

An exchange will be posted within 7 working days of the returned items being returned.


How to return your items:

Please return your items in a securely sealed parcel, including a completed returns form. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. 

This delivery charge will only be refunded if the product was delivered damaged or developed a fault, or if we delivered the incorrect product/colour.

Processing your refund:

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 30 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned them to us in their original condition.
